Help! I bought a TV stand and there are no instructions in the box. Can anyone help me?

I purchased a Mainstays TV stand with swivel top from Walmart and there were no assembly instructions in the box. Has anyone ever put together one of these or can help me? It is Model PF36. Thanks.
