If you're looking for the perfect coffee table but your budget is tight then you need to find yourself an inexpensive table.
So how do you know what kind of table to get? well, if you are looking to put a table in a starter apartment for someone who just graduated college or you need to put a coffee table into the dorm room of someone who just started college then, quite frankly, it really doesn't matter. If they are style conscious this may not be right for you but if it's a matter of simply getting a table you have several options.
You can check garage sales and yard sales to find used tables at ridiculously low prices. If you really don't want to spend a lot of money on a coffee table then this is the first place to look.
A lot of people will advertise their stuff for sale in the classifieds and you can find some really great deals. for instance, when people move they sell a lot of their stuff and coffee tables are common among the items that are sold. They want to get rid of these items as quickly as possible so they'll put them for sale in the classifieds.
These are just two of the places you can look to find a coffee table at a cheap price. If you do care about what the table looks like and you have a decent budget you definitely want to shop elsewhere.

You've defined the constant 'YEAR' multiple times.
I wouldn't use the defines like you did at all.
Your if-tests at the bottom are close...but you need to make them if-else-if tests.
if (year <= 150 && weight < 100) cout << "Room 111";
else if (year <= 1950 && weight < 150) cout << "Room 112";
....etc.
Make sure that the numbers either escalate or deescalate through the tests so that there isn't a mixed range of possibilities.
I also don't see a reason for you to #include <math>. Unless you're planning on doing some math functions later?
