I have bought almost all of the living room (couch, coffea table) and Dinning Room (Set), But I want an armoire, the headboard for the bed, and some wooden tables as a night stand and for the TV to finish it all.
I know this guy down in Chino Hills he usually has like all this furniture out under one of the bypasses on the Pomona freeway. we bought a couch and some tables from him a few months back. I can't rember his name I either Hector or Remo... good Deals, usually there on the weekends. he has a truck and usually brings it out the next day if you want.

Go to ARC or some other thrift store those rich folks there need a tax deduction by giving out good stuff, ones junk is anothers treasure..
Try Craigslist. many good deals on there!!
IKEA. They have pretty cheap stuff that looks decent. it won't last forever, but is serviceable.
IKEA always works for me...stores in Burbank or Carson are closest to the L.a. area (unless you mean "LA" like Louisiana)
