Having a hard time finding a corner unit, for a 55 inch tv, to go with our basement. Would like something like this -

depends on the wood used!! if you want one that looks that good and is made of real wood,, expect to pay half to 3/4s of that price.. something for the basement?? in plywood? only a a hundred or less, depending on the quality of the plywood,, like one side being nicely finished!! finished ply plus the glass, hinges, shelf pins, and stainvarnish etc,,,,
$200 - $250 unless you are a NICE relative or GOOD friend!
